Chair Yoga Flow
- Tuesday, December 27, 2022
- 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM EST
This 45-minute chair yoga invites you to find movement in a way that is gentle and supportive. All levels welcome.

- Yoga mat – move to carpet, take off socks
- Strap – tie, belt, scarf
- Blocks – small cushion, stack of books
