Each program features a different topic integral to cancer survivorship, and provides an engaging opportunity to create new habits, specific to your needs. These sessions aren’t recipe demonstrations, but a chance to cook up personalized plans to meet your needs with ideas and inspiration drawn from the group.

This program is held meeting-style, meaning that your video and audio may be shared with the group if you choose to do so. You’ll be able to see/hear other participants if they have their camera and microphone on and ask your questions directly. This program will not be recorded.
