This eight-week online program is open to all who have completed Mind Body Resilience I. Building on skills developed in the first Mind Body Resilience group, this program will focus on deepening the understanding and practice of meditation in a supportive group environment.
Led by Patty Arcari, PhD, RN, AHN-BC, the group will meet weekly on Wednesdays from 1:30-3:00 p.m. ET beginning January 10 and ending February 28. Space is limited to first-time participants. A webcam and Zoom are required. Participants are asked to keep their camera on for the duration of the sessions, to foster dialogue and community.
