Mixed Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
  • 1 cup diced, peeled, pitted mango (about 1 large)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk, organic nonfat milk, unsweetened almond/coconut/rice/soy milk

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
  2. Purée until very smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses.

2 servings
