    Mind Body Resilience I is an eight-week program designed and led by Patricia Arcari, PhD, RN, AHN-BC, program manager of meditation and mindfulness programs in the Leonard P. Zakim Center for Integrative Therapies and Healthy Living at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.     This eight-week online program is open to all who have completed Mind Body Resilience I. Building on skills developed in the first Mind Body Resilience group, this program will focus on deepening the understanding and practice of meditation in a supportive group environment.

    Meditation with Live Music


    Practice an alternative mindfulness meditation experience with the presence of live music. Research shows that listening to live music during meditation may help focus an active mind, decrease heart rate, anxiety, and pain, and guide you to a deeper relaxation. All levels welcome.
