Beet and Dragonfruit Smoothie

Ingredients (two servings): 
  • 1/3 cup orange juice or unsweetened milk of your choice 
  •  2/3 cup water 
  • 1 handful baby spinach or kale leaves 
  • 1 banana 
  •  ½ tsp cinnamon 
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (or protein powder) 
  • ½ cup frozen sliced strawberries and/or frozen mango chunks 
  • 1 small beet or ¼ of a medium sized beet (roasted or raw) 
  • 1/3 cup frozen dragon fruit chunks
