Ingredients (two servings):
- 1/3 cup orange juice or unsweetened milk of your choice
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 handful baby spinach or kale leaves
- 1 banana
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (or protein powder)
- ½ cup frozen sliced strawberries and/or frozen mango chunks
- 1 small beet or ¼ of a medium sized beet (roasted or raw)
- 1/3 cup frozen dragon fruit chunks
