Reducing physical and mental stress

In this 45 minute class we will work on reducing both physical and mental stress. We will focus on deep breathing, practicing the lower energy center visualization as well as meditation and evoking the spirit. We will practice the heron, the chair twist, four points touching the wall and more lower and upper back stretches.
