Bumble Bee Breath

Bumble Bee Breath (or Bhramari) soothes the mind, reduces tension, and may benefit sleep and migraines.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Sit comfortably and close your eyes.
  2. Inhale deeply through your nose.
  3. As you exhale, hum gently like a bee (a soft "mmmm" sound).
  4. Option: Place your fingers lightly on your face—thumbs on the ears, fingertips on your forehead and cheeks—for a more internal focus.
  5. Repeat for 5–10 rounds or about 1–5 minutes.
