This class focuses on gentle movements and exercises to maintain health and well-being. Learn and practice sitting or standing techniques, as well as slow moving meditation while focusing on deep breathing and posture to help relax the mind and strengthen the body.

Instructor: Ramel Rones

This program will be held meeting-style, meaning that you have the ability to see your fellow participants and they have the ability to see you if you turn your camera on. Please feel free to keep your camera off if you prefer to do so.
