Qigong, Tai Chi, & Meditation for Health (45 min)

Ramel Rones, Tai Chi Master, demonstrates Qigong and Tai Chi techniques for health. Most of this class can be performed sitting or standing.
Deep breathing, meditation, gentle stretching, strength and balancing exercises are what we will learn and practice in this class.
