Qigong, Tai Chi, & Meditation for a Calm Mind (45 min)

Ramel Rones, Tai Chi Master, demonstrates Qigong and Tai Chi techniques to calm the mind. In this class, we will learn and practice different methods and techniques to empty your mind, gentle stretching, deep breathing and meditation. Most of the class can be performed sitting or standing.
