Ramel Rones, Tai Chi Master, demonstrates Qigong and Tai Chi techniques for aches and pain. Most of this class can be performed sitting or standing. 
Free your skeleton from being a prisoner of the soft tissue through static postures and dynamic movements with deep breathing, visualizations and meditation. Reduce and prevent aches, pain and chronic conditions with the principles of 80% Effort, No Pain, Lots of Gain and Less is More.
