Qigong, Tai Chi, & Meditation for Better Quality of Life (45 min)

Ramel Rones, Tai Chi Master, demonstrates Qigong and Tai Chi techniques for better quality of life. Most of this class can be performed sitting or standing. All levels welcome. 
Flexibility, strength, deep breathing, energy work and meditation are the principles for achieving and maintaining a high quality of life. In this 45 min class, we will learn and practice stationery postures and animal movements from the philosophies of Qigong and Tai Chi. 
Some of what we will learn and practice: 
  • Hula-hoop and Advanced Hula-hoop 
  • Bear Swimming 
  • Crane on Bamboo 
  • Look to the Left, Look to the Right 
  • Neck and Shoulder Rotations 
  • Outer Hip Stretch 
  • Zen Mind
