Qigong, Tai Chi & Meditation for Body, Mind, and Spirit (45 min)

Ramel Rones, Tai Chi Master, demonstrates Qigong and Tai Chi techniques for body, mind, and spirit. 

Most of this class can be performed sitting or standing. All levels welcome. Emphasizing body, breath, mind, energy and spirit in every stationery posture and each movement will help you reach and maintain physical, mental and energetic balance.

  • Stretch the Bows 
  • Release the Bows 
  • Sun Salutation 
  • Cleansing 
  • Up and Down Like the Moon and the Sun
