Qigong, Tai Chi, & Meditation for Energy (45 min)

Ramel Rones, Tai Chi Master, demonstrates Qigong and Tai Chi techniques for energy. This class can be performed sitting or standing. In this class, we will focus on strengthening the legs and the abdominal muscles, gentle stretching, and different deep breathing techniques. We will practice sitting, standing, and moving meditations and last, but not least, we will evoke the spirit using different animal movements.
