Ramel Rones, Tai Chi Master, demonstrates Qigong and Tai Chi techniques to increase energy. Most of this class can be performed sitting or standing.
Reducing physical and mental stress through static postures and dynamic movements with a strong emphasis on breathing, visualizations, and meditation will upgrade your energetic system which increases your mental and physical energy.

- The Lower Energy Center Visualization
- The Rainbow Stretch
- Rotation Stretching and Twisting
- Crane Flies
- Baby Crane Flies
- Outer Hip Stretch
- Finger Movements
