Qigong, Tai Chi & Meditation for Health and Martial Arts (45 min)

Ramel Rones, Tai Chi Master, demonstrates Qigong and Tai Chi techniques for health and martial arts. Most of this class can be performed sitting or standing. All levels welcome. 

Static stretching and dynamic animal movements together with deep breathing, energy work and meditation are important for both health and martial arts. "Awakening the Warrior from Within" adds another dimension to your practice and its positive health results.
