Ramel Rones, Tai Chi Master, demonstrates Qigong and Tai Chi techniques for health of internal organs. Most of this class can be performed sitting or standing.
Your internal body organs are the most important part of keeping healthy and enjoying a long and productive life. In this class we will practice gentle stretching movements with deep breathing and meditation to massage physically and dissolve mentally stress and stagnation in your internal organs.
