Qigong, Tai Chi, & Meditation for Internal Organs, Hips, and Groin (45 min)

Ramel Rones, Tai Chi Master, demonstrates Qigong and Tai Chi techniques for internal organs, hips and groin. Using static postures and dynamic movements with deep breathing and different meditations, we will increase circulation and reduce stagnation in your internal organ area while also stretching the hips and groin. We will strengthen the legs and core through Tai Chi principles and techniques.
