Qigong, Tai Chi & Meditation for Lower Back (45 min)

Ramel Rones, Tai Chi Master, demonstrates Qigong and Tai Chi techniques for the health of the lower back. Most of this class can be performed sitting or standing. All levels welcome.
Static and dynamic postures, strength exercises for the legs, core and upper body, combined with deep breathing and meditation are essential for healing and preventing lower back pain.
