Qigong, Tai Chi, & Meditation for Strength and Balance (45 min)

Ramel Rones, Tai Chi Master, demonstrates Qigong and Tai Chi techniques for strength and balance. Most of this class can be performed sitting or standing.
We will learn and practice, while emphasizing deep breathing and meditation, upper body, leg and abdominal strength training. We will balance building strength with increasing flexibility and we will practice balance exercises with both open and closed eyes.
