Qigong, Tai Chi, & Meditation for Upper Body (45 min)

Ramel Rones, Tai Chi Master, demonstrates Qigong and Tai Chi techniques for the arms, neck and shoulders. Most of the class can be performed sitting or standing.
We will use static and dynamic movements, deep breathing and meditation to help release tension and pain in the upper body. We will learn and practice animal movements to strengthen and stretch the arms, neck and shoulders to create freedom on a physical and mental level.
Some of what we will learn and practice:
- The Hula Hoop - Hips and Lower Back
- Hug Yourself
- Clap Forward and Back
- Reach Back
- Crane Flies : Left and Right
- Spider Climbs the Wall
- Shoulder Rolls
- Zen Mind
