Qigong, Tai Chi, & Meditation for the Shoulders, Neck and Arms (45 min)

Ramel Rones, Tai Chi Master, demonstrates Qigong and Tai Chi techniques for Shoulders, Neck and Arms. Most of this class can be performed sitting or standing.

We will learn and practice static and dynamic stretches and strengthening movements with deep breathing and meditation to relieve stiffness, aches, pain and stress in the shoulders, arms and neck.
