Qigong, Tai Chi, & Meditation to Feel Better (45 min)
29 Apr, 2025Ramel Rones, Tai Chi Master, demonstrates Qigong and Tai Chi techniques. Most of this class can be performed sitting or standing.
Gentle stretching, strengthening, deep breathing, and meditation is the secret to health and happiness. Balancing the body, breath, mind, energy and spirit is another important component of feeling better and in investing in prevention.
