Qigong, Tai Chi, & Meditation to Feel Better (45 min)

Ramel Rones, Tai Chi Master, demonstrates Qigong and Tai Chi techniques for a calm mind and body. Most of this class can be performed sitting or standing. 

Deep breathing, meditation, gentle stretching and movements that imitate animals in nature, help the mind and body reach deep levels of relaxation and calm.

  • Crane Standing on Bamboo 
  • Stretch the Bows 
  • Release the Bows
  • Crane Forward and Backwards
  • Leg Strengthening Movements
  • Outer Hip Stretch 
  • Chair Twist
  • Zen Mind
