Qigong, Tai Chi & Meditation to Improve Mood (45 min)

Ramel Rones, Tai Chi Master, demonstrates Qigong and Tai Chi techniques for better mood. Most of this class can be performed sitting or standing. All levels welcome. 

Improving your mood according to the philosophies of Qigong and Tai Chi is done by opening the chest area and practicing the inner smile. To achieve this, we will use low impact static postures and gentle dynamic movements. We will also practice deep breathing into different parts of the lungs. Meditation, visualizations and evoking the spirit are part of the formula, as well.
