Ramel Rones, Tai Chi Master, demonstrates Qigong and Tai Chi techniques to prepare and recuperate for before and after the holidays. Most of this class can be performed sitting or standing. All levels welcome.
Physical, mental and emotional stress can happen either before or after the holidays, or both. Using various meditation techniques, visualizations, deep breathing, static and dynamic stretches and gentle animal movements with the 5 building blocks, body, breath, mind, energy and spirit, gives you the tools to prepare or recover from both physical and mental stress of holidays and life in general.
