New "Core Strength" Class Starts August 3rd!
27 Jul, 2022In this class, you’ll incorporate core
strength and stretch movements to improve your core stability and body
wellness. Sessions involve a mix of yoga, barre, Pilates,
and muscle conditioning with controlled breathing and alignment that
builds strength and endurance. All levels welcome. Modifications
offered.
Equipment needed: Yoga/Pilates mat
Optional: core/Pilates ball, elastic resistance band
This class will be held meeting-style and only open to Dana-Farber patients, caregivers, and staff with a MyZakim account. Remember to sign up if you don’t already have an account, and we’ll see you in class!
