        Join Nancy Campbell, MS, an exercise physiologist at Dana-Farber for a quick lower body workout. This video features five exercises for your major muscle group in the lower body and core.  Both standing and seated modifications are available.  You will need a mat and chair, a small mini-band or TheraBand is optional.
