Doodling for Stress Reduction (VIRTUAL)

In this 30-minute class, you will learn doodling and mark-making techniques to help focus your mind and increase your sense of wellbeing. Research shows that engaging in creative activities can reduce stress and promote relaxation, whether you are an expert or a beginner! Find your creative flow in this supportive virtual community. Please bring a piece of paper and a pen. All levels welcome.

This program will be held meeting-style, meaning that your video and audio may be shared with the group if you choose to do so. This program will not be recorded.
