Strength Training (VIRTUAL)

This class focuses on strengthening the whole body. There is a short cardio warm-up, followed by 35 minutes of strength training standing or on the floor and then 10 minutes of total body stretching. A fun and supportive environment to find your inner strong survivor.
This program will be held meeting-style, meaning that you have the ability to see your fellow participants and they have the ability to see you if you turn your camera on. Please feel free to keep your camera off if you prefer to do so.
Instructor: Nancy Campbell, MS
Equipment needed: Yoga mat, chair, strap, 1 block, hand weights. If you don’t have equipment available, try swapping these items:
- Hand weights – soup cans, water bottles
- Yoga mat – move to carpet, take off socks
- Strap – tie, belt, scarf
- Blocks – small cushion, stack of books
