Mindfulness Meditation (VIRTUAL)

In this 45-minute class, you will learn techniques to help focus your mind on the present moment to raise awareness of your thoughts with acceptance, patience, and compassion. Research shows that mindfulness meditation can improve sleep, memory, and cognitive function, increase a sense of well-being, and enhance immune function. All levels welcome.
This program will be held meeting-style, meaning that you have the ability to see your fellow participants and they have the ability to see you if you turn your camera on. Please feel free to keep your camera off if you prefer to do so.
