Qigong, Tai Chi, & Meditation for Energy (45 min)

Ramel Rones, Tai Chi Master, demonstrates Qigong and Tai Chi techniques to increase energy. Most of the class can be performed sitting or standing.
Static stretching postures and gentle movements with deep breathing and meditation will help you increase energy, reducing both physical and mental stress. We will also practice utilizing the energetic system to help save energy instead of spending it.

- Chair Twist – Lower Back
- Outer Hips
- Internal Organ Massage
- Cleansing and Nourishing
- Zen Mind
