Ramel Rones, Tai Chi Master, demonstrates Qigong and Tai Chi techniques for post holiday recovery, which can be practiced sitting, standing, or lying down. 
In this class we will use body, breath, mind, energy and spirit to reduce physical, emotional and mental stress. 
 We will learn and practice: 

  Tai Chi Ball Cleansing and Nourishing

  •   Nourishing our Physical and Energetic Bodies
  •   Spine Massage
  •   Dynamic and Static Stretching 
  •   Strengthening Exercises
  •   Hip and Groin Stretches
  •   Dissolving Physical and Mental Stress
  •   Zen Mind Meditation
