Ramel Rones, Tai Chi Master, demonstrates Qigong and Tai Chi techniques with a focus on the spine, which can be practiced sitting, standing, or lying down.
In this class we will focus on the spine with static and dynamic movements, deep breathing, meditation and evoking the spirit using beautiful movements of different animals.
Some of what we will learn and practice:
• Gentle hip rotations
• Stretching the spine muscles - lateral and rotation
• Deep breathing and meditation
• Crane Stands on a Bamboo
• Spider Climbs the Wall
• Zen Mind
