Qigong, Tai Chi, & Meditation to Improve Mood (45 min)

Ramel Rones, Tai Chi Master, demonstrates Qigong and Tai Chi techniques which can be practiced sitting, standing, or lying down. 

In this class, we will focus on deep breathing, imitating the movements of animals in nature, and the practice of various meditation techniques to improve your body, breath, mind, energy and spirit.

  • Stretch the Bow and Release the Arrow
  • Zen Mind
