Qigong, Tai Chi, & Meditation to Improve Physical and Mental Balance (45 min)

Ramel Rones, Tai Chi Master, demonstrates Qigong and Tai Chi techniques to improve physical and mental balance, which can be practiced sitting, standing, or lying down. In this class we will focus on gentle stretching, strengthening the legs and abdominal muscles, experiencing your mass, deep breathing and meditation.

- Hula-hoop
- Leg Strength – A and B
- The “Heron” Quad Stretch
- One Leg Up – Hamstring Stretch
- Dynamic and Static Hip Stretches
- Deep Breathing and Meditation
- Tai Chi Kick – One Leg Balance
- Cloud Legs
- Zen Mind
